Vladimir is is a supporting character in Disney movie: Tangled.
He and Atilla are the only Pub Thugs who are muscular of Pub Thugs and he loves collecting ceramic unicorns. Vlad is first seen at the Snuggly Duckling where he blocks the door for Flynn Rider so that the guards can arrest him, however Rapunzel convinces him and the other members of the Pub Thugs to reveal their dreams and hug them. Vladimir reveals to Rapunzel that he collects ceramic unicorns. Later, when the guards arrive, Vladimir covers Flynn by handing over Shorty, another thug. And later, towards the end of the film, Flynn is arrested and Vladimir joins other thugs to save him. He grabs Conli's head and drags him to a room away from Flynn, then runs into other guards after Ulf stops them. Vladimir is last seen watching Flynn escape with Maximus to save Rapunzel.
He is voiced by the late Richard Kiel.
