Paul Francis Tompkins (born September 12, 1968) is an American actor, voice actor, and comedian who voiced Shorty in the 2010 Disney animated film Tangled and Gladstone Gander in the 2017 reboot of DuckTales. He has also done voice acting for Bob's Burgers and Regular Show.
