Idrissa Akuna "Idris" Elba, OBE (born September 6, 1972) is an English film, television, theatre actor, singer, DJ and rapper. He voices Chief Bogo in Zootopia.
Career[]
Elba is best known for his role as Russell "Stringer" Bell in The Wire from 2002 - 2004 and currently stars as John Luther in Luther since 2010.
He portrayed Heimdall in the Thor franchise and Avengers: Age of Ultron and will reprise the role again in Thor: Ragnarok. He has also played Stacker Pentecost in Pacific Rim. He also voiced Shere Khan in the 2016 live-action film adaptation of The Jungle Book and Fluke in Finding Dory.
